Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She was best known for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also was in the character of Jerrica Jem in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. Her older sister is Ally. Aubrey worked with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speakers for the class in 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree on her entry again the second time due to her Nashville performance. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as in Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular part in Necessary Rustiness (1991). Peeples was a TV star on Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She was a part of the cast for the role of a major regular in a second season of the drama series Nashville with the character Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar disorder in an interview that she provided the magazine NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples to be one of the most talented actors who is under twenty in September 2014.
